  This is where we'll be showcasing some books and literature that we've found useful and thought you might like to know about.  Ray will comment on some of the books (he's never short on opinions!) and we hope you find that input useful.  The best advice we can give, however, is hit the library and make your own judgements about how these books fit in to your operation. 

 As Groucho said, "Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend.  Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read."    Enjoy!
